How soon will the products be delivered?
All orders received by 5pm are couriered the same day. Orders received on a Sunday or on a national holiday are shipped the next working day.
Courier within India: 24 to 72 hours
Courier outside India: 72 to 96 hours
By Speed Post: 3 to 10 days
By Normal Post: 10 to 15 days
What is your shipment process?
a) Within India, all orders are shipped through courier. If courier services are not available at a certain location, then it is sent by speed post or registered post.
b) For outside India, orders are shipped by courier as well as by ordinary post. The choice is yours. All our shipments are made from New Delhi.
How do I track my shipment?
A shipment confirmation of the order containing details like date of shipment, mode of shipment, airway bill number (incase of courier), etc is sent to you via e-mail. We also send you the URL so that you can check the status of your packet as and when desired.
